That's a good thing about RPGs, if you get distracted, just do that plan instead, you don't need to follow rules other than "Is it possible?".

I know, isn't it wonderful? I need to try to figure out what the rules are for backflipping, simple acrobatics roll? With huge bonuses due to the fact I can fly? Or just a simple move action?

Wings = must spend a move action (minimum 1/2 a turn) to keep in the air
Backflip = Half action, acrobatic test

Shooting fire? You'll need to try to get the fire gun I made - magical item, shoots flaming bullets. Nothing says it can't do that, so it now does.
