Discussing the GM

Indeed, your GM is awesome though, he's got awesome ideas and is mostly 'fair', he's also got a massive ego.

I would like to make it clear that my GM is the esteemed Great Unclean One, please don't kill me.

Hey, no dickery with my new character. I can only fight in self-defense, and even then only "reasonable force". Which means that though my crossbow shot through the eyeball was fair and justified, it has to stop.

Hmmm, yes but shooting a child with a crossbow is not justifiable when it punches you in the leg... this is discouraged as it will result in lots of death and violent consequences....

It is, but they'll realize they're better off without me, since I can create light for no mana cost, and heal 3hp for no mana cost, and 11 for 5 mana cost.

Eh? I've missed two weeks, I wasn't in Manchester the first and the second there weren't enough people for GURPS anyhow! Besides, this friday we ARE DOING GURPS! I will make Connor + Luke's characters on friday lunchtime or at some time with them and I'll make you some sort of intro pack thingymajiggy....

Jolly good. We'll get to that as soon as we do a mission for fallout, which we can do while you character create, or whatever.

I'm character creating on Friday lunch, btw, could we just do a huge GURP session on Friday to get the campaign kick started?
