Looks somewhat lulzworthy. Basically, 100 card deck, no duplicates (other than basic lands), you have a general - any legendary creature, and your deck can only be the colours of your general. Looks like it could be funny.

I have looked into EDH decks. Like the concept of them, but it's the no duplicates thing, which is why I don't like playing them. Lack of stuff like Harrow and Rampant Growth.

I think it'd be fun. Exile a card - "Oh, that's that combo gone". Discard a card - "Right, new plan", and so on. Difficult to combo, and also means you have to keep changing your plans.
