Sorry, you can't give them armour off the fly, you've got to be offered it at a trading session, it's rare items. Scavvies would be good... The wings count as a mutation

Sounds good, you really need some models that can have weapons changed and converted easily as you might need to alter some of them as the campaign progresses

I've just placed the order for my gang at the shop, after they've arived I'm getting a giant rat from the skaven army for them to use as a dog.

That is a very good plan! Use the vampire counts zombies and then green stuff the shit out of them, count them as scavvies. Btw, can we use some house rules and ones that we've invented as long as it's ok with the group. And are you usng the standard Delaque models Llama?

If you've got the rulebook, just go straight to the campaign section, it got how to make a gang somewhere, if you haven't then get it from the GW site for freeee!
