Hmmm, myself;
17 Years old, plays 40k, MTG, D&D (3 & 3.5), SC2 and Minecraft
I live in Australia, but occasionally venture over to England or France,
40k armies: Blood Angels, and starting DE and / or Thousand Sons

Currently doing my HSC (I think you guys call it A levels?)
Nyway, that appears to be a very brief overview.

What up, newbie? Nice to see you here, and it should be nice to be gaming with you. You got IRC? If so, we'll get some gaming run over that sometime, should be a laugh. I say that, give me a couple weeks so I'm not actively doing an exam.

Also, what sort of deck you run? I used to run monoblack vampires, now I'm checking out various blue/black control and mill. Tempted to move onto red/blue combo, because warp world + hive mind = win!

What IRC do you use? I tend to run with freenode normally, but that just for informatics.

Deckwise I run a Burn/Combo deck, lots of low cost burns, then throw in a cinder pyromancer or four.
Also run a blue control deck, just holds the enemy down till I can pop some 8/8's onto the field.

IRC is intercompatible, so us, using Hydra, chat with you, using Freenode. We're at #LegionOOC and #LegionRPG, both of which are on irc.thisisnotatrueending.com.

Well, that sounds... horrific to play against. I run monoblack vamps, with excessive Nocturnii. Because 1 mana for a 9/5 with Flying. Why not?

kk, never sure with IRC clients; Ive seen a few server based ones with all the usual fun of various selective IP's or clients, mainly to stop trolls.

Well, we tend to deal with trolls the easy way: ignore them, kick and ban if they're messing up the IC channel. Just let us know what you'd like to play, and one of us can probably run it. I say one of us - until somebody else can be arsed reading the books it's just gonna be me, Dorian or Dark running. As far as me running is concerned, unless it's Imera, I ain't doing it for a week or so. Exams.

that burn deck sounds familiar, do you have a vicious shadows? it's a lovely card.

That card looks like fun, but most of my games dont reach 7 mana

As you can see, the burns alone can kill, but the cinder pyro allows for some variation

i have a pyratic ritual and seething song in my deck, so using those i only need 4 mana for a vicious shadows, which combined with a quest for pure flame has ended up doing 40 damage for 1 mana. (well... 5 card in hand, 3 cracked quest for pure flame, 1 lightening bolt to a creature)

Hmm... I find this interesting,
I forgot my Elixir of immortality in the above post, which lets me survive longer games, and gives me a much better chance against mill decks.

Something that I was considering, and you might find use for too, is pyromancer ascension, gives a nice kick to most low cost burns.
