Meh, first turn of them being there I'll get 63 shots, second turn (assuming none die) I'll get 65, two of which are dark lances. Add that to the Raider and Ravager support fire of 3 dark lances and 2 AP2 blasts, I should be slicing apart quite a few people. In theory I should get 7 a turn, with just shooting. Add in the agoniser from the Archon, and that's another 2 kills in close combat, Dracon's agoniser should account for a further 1, and their Incubi make up another 2.

So mathematically, I should kill 13 terminators a turn. Realistically, I'll be lucky to get 5. As for the Havocs, I'm sure I could spare them a Dark Lance and 6 AP3 shots from my Ravager one turn.

This is true. It is here that I need my shadowsword - instant penetrating hit, and add one to the number rolled for damage.

Fair enough, but then I've got enough terminators with chain fists to take care of it....

May I make a slight point here. 4 land raiders alone is 1000 points. My entire dark eldar army fits comfortably inside 2000.

No, they're my dark eldar. All of my collection together is around 6000.

Ah fair enough.... mind you though, I can alter the army list to fit certain armies that I'm facing (I make an army list before each game).... I have a very nice spreadsheet ^_^

Nice, I need to get to work on my program. Should be easy, I just need an array of units, an array of upgrades, and a data list containing which upgrades apply to which units. Add in a quick multiplying code for number in each unit, and a quick sum, and all should be good.

Hardest part will be making it look nice.

Indeed you may, want to help with it? I basically need someone to get me the most recent codices for every army (the torrents are... unreliable), someone to make nice (chaos-themed) backgrounds, with plenty of blank space, preferably either black or white, and another GML coder would be lovely, but not urgent.

Awesome. I've just thought, you need to come to mine some time. I want to see how all your stuff fares against all of mine. I've got a few m² of space, which is good, considering I'll need about 2 of them to set up. We may need to battle in waves.
