Makorta The Traitor
Makorta betrayed the space marines on his first battle while he was a scout, his unit of scouts were ambushed by chaos and ordered to slaughter each of other for the amusement of the deamon prince of Malal. Without hesitation Makorta hacked down his allies while their backs were turned. He quickly became a favourite of the prince and earned himself the nickname Makorta the Traitor. Several campaigns later he found the squad he was in charge of cut down by a squad of pariahs while on patrol. When he knew that he had no chance he quickly surrendered and the pariahs "escorted" him to the monolith. The Necrons had invaded the planet to secure him, as he was a physic blank (the people necrons turn into pariahs and are very rare). However the planet was securely controlled by the chaos and the necrons were suffering heavy casualties. When the monolith came under attack by a defiler during the process of converting him, plans had to be rushed and he was equipped with most of his chaos equipment (helmet, backpack, powersword, shoulder pads and grenades) due to lack of resources. Though this pariah was imperfect he was more powerful and still retained a slightly larger amount of humanity than most pariahs. This made him even more deadly and he over came the defiler with little help from the monolith. makorta the traitor no longer has a nickname and is barely noticed among the lifeless hordes. Those who have met him do not live to tell the tale. With his soul broken and his body destroyed, he has betrayed an army for the last time.

Re: Makorta The Traitor
good story, but i recon that sounds more like a slaanesh's daemon, not nurgle... possibly khorne, though khorne would hate him fo becoming necron, because necrons don't bleed

Re: Makorta The Traitor
personally... i'd go for malal,
a god to represent chaos self destructive and traitorous nature
or tzeench, to change his heart,
i cant tell you which one to chose, but those are both good choices

Re: Makorta The Traitor
Mine are probably the various memes, the commissar *blam* one being one of the best. Other than that, it would have to be the irony of the human race still being alive.
Re: Makorta The Traitor

like you say "Commissars. When there's something scary at the front, put something scarier at the back."

Yep, commissars have the virtue of being shit-scary, and as good a shot as a platoon commander, or even a sniper for that matter.

Re: Makorta The Traitor
bcos the picture is crap i think it needs explainin
ther is a necron symbol transfer on the sword and blad of th gun
and i used beads from that weird arty shop in glossop n glued em to the jetpack
also the thing on his leg is a grenade pouch and a pistol pouch, th ones you get 4 chaos/space marines
figured why hav one when you can have both
