Ork Kultur

This is proof that Orks ARE one of the most civilised races in the galaxy.

Civilized != Perfect

I'd prefer a more barter based and barbaric society. And barbaric doesn't always mean violent, it means cultural and hierarchical, such as viking society.

Yeah, just like Orks. Their instinct automatically tells them that any Ork bigger than them is the boss or a higher rank than them.

It prevents conflict between nobles and slaves. For all their faults the Orks are able to live in more peace than any other race in the universe (Except perhaps the Tyranids). If it were not for the simple fact that the Orks cannot live without killing something then they would probly live in total peace for the entire of their existence.
