Nah, Rincewind is a scrawny bugger with a beard, robe and a hat. He's also got a big box on legs that follows him around, and is known as "Rincewind", "A walking disaster area", or "Don't let him get away", since so many people shout that at him.

Unless you mean Horus, which is right, except Horus dies, not the emperor.
