Well, it means that if you win, then you get bragging rights, stuff on legion, points etc, but the person in second place gets the cash prize, it's only fair to make it so people who pay to enter can win prize money, but we keep it open to people who cannot. ^^

Why not have different catagories? Like 25mm bases, 40mm bases, 60mm bases, ect.
