Heralds of Tzeentch
Just a metaphorical army of what I would like to possess in a daemons army as I do like the look of them. And speaking from experience Tzeentch is powerful, well here goes:
The Fateweaver Oracle Of Tzeentch = 333 points
The Blue Scribes = 130 points
3 Squads of 12 Daemon Flamers Of Tzeentch + Bolt Of Tzeentch in all = 510
4 Squads of 20 Daemon Pink Horrors + Bolt Of Tzeentch in all + Chaos Icon in all + Instrument Of Chaos in all + 1 Changeling = 1525
3 Squads of 12 Daemon Screamers Of Tzeentch + Unholy Might in all = 591
2 Soulgrinders Of Chaos + Phlegm and Tongue for both = 370
1 Daemon Prince Of Chaos + Daemonic Flight + Iron Hide + Instrument Of Chaos + Unholy Might + Mark Of Tzeentch + Master Of Sorcery + Soul Devourer + Bolt Of Tzeentch + Boon Of Mutation and Breath Of Chaos = 335
TOTAL = 3794
This is maxed out obviously this is full on boundary limit and would probably cost me up to £1000. But as I said its just an idea, if anyone wants to compress a Tzeentch army into a bitesize 1500 point chunk feel free.

Very nice. Tho having the bolts in the squads of Flamers seems useless. With the amount of bolts from horror squads, Fateweaver and the rest, I don't think you'll need them. But just in case. And for the lulz.

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
I suppose it does I mean they are going to be floating to combat so a valid point sir. But then again its always better to have everything you can get in an apocalypse game. But THEN again there already are a substantial amount of bolts from everyone else, much pain for the enemy

Would help to be honest if I knew what some of it did XD The only thing is, at this point cost, your looking at playing some tough as nails apocalypse units and I don't think you've got enough serious anti-armour.
Maybe try putting in an anti-apocalypse apocalypse unit or super heavy in there?

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
there aren't many apocalypse demons, the best think for a demons army, is not a mono god one, khorne and zeench, , ok khorne and slaanesh, or slaanesh and zeentch, nurgle can go with any, but not as powerful as the others really.
also, you NEED bloodthirsters to take out tanks, their about the only things that can take out a land-raider in the chaos demons army

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
Surely 3 squads of 12 Flamers is a lot. I mean if I were you, I'd limit this list down to 3000 points. I say that 5 Flamers is enough for a squad. Also GUO, Flamers have breath of chaos which if I recall correctly is like an AP3 Flamer?
He has Soulgrinders. If the opponent takes the Grinders out first, Ketran is screwed.

hmm there arent may apocolypse tzeentch units its mostly khorne. i mean you have angrath, brass scorpions, heralds of khrone. but i dont necessarily think taking some scorpions will make me undivided so if i throw those in there ive got some anti titan weaponry perhaps?

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
Indeed, I think you desperately need some HEAVY anti armour, scorpions sound like a fine plan!

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
Yeah I know, you know what happened but i'm going to post it for the benefit of everyone.
Basically in a huge walker battle at our local GW I commandeered a brass scorpion as my ally had pulled out and took the fight by myself. Ironically one of my opponents had a brass scorpion too and naturally we went into combat.
Because of our same intiative we both managed to get two hits on each other and one penetrating hit. Then we both rolled apocalyptic explosion and blasted a "15 radius each. In the process we killed his allies dreadnought it was full of many wins even though I lost. Aside from my gretchin kill of a grey knight terminator this one of my most defining moments in 40k I was very proud

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
Game I once played, we homebrewed rules for a bomb, before we knew they'd made one. It multiplied up to a 240" radius or something.

Megalolz. I've always wanted to get a Deathstrike and just scrawl on the side 'You're gonna pay fuckers!'

Re: Heralds of Tzeentch
indeed, i'd just like to ask that, if you can narrow it down to a 1000 point list, it'd be good, because thats the most common game size.
also "240 inches, s10,kill EVERYTHING!
