woo the scissors arrived 2day n me n patrick got to work right away
theyr curved plastic cuttin scissors n work perfectly
i jst finished cuttin the guns out of their hands n meltin one of thems arms into positions (the far left one)
patrick is currently cuttin out the shoulder pads for our immortals
they are at the front of the pic

Sweet, the claw looks really good, as does the immortal! You are going to include the skin on the Flayed ones backs aren't you? Flayed ones just aren;t flayed ones without human skin!

Sweet, shouldn't be too hard to green stuff, make it look really tattered at the edges with plenty of slits and holes in to make it look like they have been 'run through'

Re: turning warriors into immortals and flayed ones
Your painting them, then putting the green stuff skin on? Why? To make it easier to paint? Sounds like a good plan if that's your reasoning ^_^

Re: turning warriors into immortals and flayed ones
ty pplz ^^
n yeh to make it easier to paint
and yeh they wer much cheaper
warriors cost approx 1.50 each from GW
flayed ones = £3.43 each
immortals = 7.85
i got 15 of them about 50p each off ebay
5 are now warriors + £4 value
5 are now flayed ones + £15
and 5 are now immortals + £36.75
so by spending all tht time stripping paints n cuttin meltin n sticking
i have saved £55.75 - the cost of the spare tyranid peices u'd need
it ws worth the time and effort just for the fun of it, even without such a huge saving

Re: turning warriors into immortals and flayed ones
sword arms FTW!!! though... i recon it could be a new type... higher weapon skill ad initiative, at reduced toughness?
