'Feel the Steel' Legion

Hey guys, we talked a wee bit about the Steel Legion on Friday, I have made a test model (Just to make sure I could do it) It was a wee bit rushed so the finished product will be a lot neater and slicker. Also, I've found a cheaper way of casting so I'll be experimenting so I'll start casting at least by the summer holidays.

If you have something you want sculpting, casting and sold to you. For instance the Steel Legion then comment on this post or send me a PM detailing what you want and we can discuss it from there. I WILL NOT be casting GW stuff as I don't want Jervis turning up at my house with the GW lawyers.

Anyhow, here is the test model --

Nice, very nice. I await painted pics with bated breath.

Now, can we have a rough estimate of prices? Standard model, weaponless, no decoration, just human with clothing. How much?

Ok, I'll ad burna boys to the list, as it stands it looks to be (Don't quote me in prices as I don't know if the resin I have my eye on will work or even if I can actually cast them!) but about 50p-70p per guardsmen, this is just the basic guy (A guardsmen entirely filed down and green stuffed with Steel Legion clothing over the top without a weapon)

Hmm, I don't want the steel legion stuff, just standard rebel guys, not even guard, just civilians with rage. For guns, I'm using spare lasguns I have, to save money. Even so, 50p each seems okay for now.

Yea, should be able to knock up some raging civilians, I might use catachans or flagellants as the base and then work from there.

Any particular things you want on the civilians or shall I just make really angry people?

Angry people is good. Try to make the hands able to hold weapons, though it's not too bad if you can't. And don't start making them soon, I need to buy more real guys first.

Yea sure no problem, I'll finish on making my Steel Legion and testing sculpts first, but just give me a heads up and I'll start working on them

easter holidays? as in NEXT easter? i'll just get the thousand sons for my 18th!!! XD, if you could get some of the parts off my TS list that would be awesome, for example, terminator bodies?

Sorry, I meant the Summer holidays xD Also, send me a list of the stuff you want making (Stuff like if you want whole models or just conversion parts ^^)
