U'Zuhl's Brass Knights of Khorne
So after I decided to start Daemons, I did like Tzeentch and Nurgle. But the Khorne units are quite nice. And with £48 in my pocket from this weeks wages, I'm gonna get 2 boxes of Bloodletters. This is the idea....
HQ
Skulltaker on Juggernaut 175 (The awesome thing is that his attacks rending on 4+ rather than a 6. This means he can easily fell a trygon in one round of combat as his Initiative is higher. )
Troops
10x Bloodletters w/ Chaos Icon 185 (All have Hellblades (Power Weapons) and a nice amount of attacks)
10x Bloodletters w/ Chaos Icon 185
10x Bloodletters 160
Elites
3x Bloodcrushers w/ Chaos Icon 145 (Bloodletters on Juggernauts)
Heavy Support
Soulgrinder w/ Phlegm 160 (The big scary daemon defiler we all know and love )
Total: 980
So wadd'ya think? Comments and criticism welcome.

I like it, a very solid block of troops but, speaking from the point of view of someone who has faced Demons several times, having large units can cause trouble when deep striking and with a lot of foot sloggers, you form a prime target for my massed gauss weaponry.
BloodCrushas have been proven to ot last that long under heavy fire..

Hmmmm. Skulltaker will stay. Hmmm, what about Flamers of Tzeentch?

The original idea was to do just Khorne as Nurgle can't pack a punch in combat, neither can Tzeentch and Slaanesh are too fragile.

Re: U'Zuhl's Brass Knights of Khorne
True, but Nurgle is the only one that can withstand running into a gunline thanks to the feel no pain, Tzeentch and Slaanesh having good ranged attacks and Korn is simply running fowrad screaming "I'm gonna Headbutt ya!" as loud as you can
Re: U'Zuhl's Brass Knights of Khorne
Slaanesh are very fast. They have fleet and high initiative. Daemonette is 6. Keeper of Secrets is 10.

Never read the codex or army book so do know the stats or SR, I'm just going off what I fear and dont fear on the battlefield.
And the keeper, I do fear...

Re: U'Zuhl's Brass Knights of Khorne
Against me, Khorne will simply get shot down, then mopped up. Too slow. Nurgle has a chance - while I can lay down a smeg load of fire, not much is instakill. Tzeentch will suffer as I charge, and the DE have somewhat interesting anti-psyker. Slaanesh looks like it'd be the best bet, although they're still slower than and Archon, save the prince.
Of course, if I play GKs, all bets are off. I'll just use sanctuary - no daemons come within 3", or die. Then I'll fire psycannons from inside.

Just been on /tg/ and some of the guize who've been playing for a while said that Daemons are shit. So from now on, I'll probably pour more Dreads and Boyz into da waaagh.

More Dakka is always good, but remember, if you play them right, anything can kick arse.... well, most things..... unless it's an unfair biased game system.... oh wait....
