Competition

Me and Disposable-Hero have decided to host a small modeling competition, with actual prize money going to the winner.

The prize will be £10, and will be decided by 4 impartial judges. Models must be painted, but the focus is on modeling, not painting. Any GW game may be used, not just the standard three. Specialist games are encouraged. All models must also be a solo effort by the competitor.

The competition will not go ahead unless we have more than 5 entrants, so invite your friends. For players unable to send us, or let us physically view their model, a photo must be taken and sent to disposable-hero@hotmail.co.uk.

there is no age limit, so don't be shy, it's open competition. so dioramas, single models, and units will all be judged evenly. models do not have to be games workshop playable, for example, custom characters, or characters without rules.

a short description of how the model was made, or pictures of its stages, including base parts, right through to finished painting would be much appreciated, (it allows us to see how much work has gone into the model)

i think i'll pass on the competition
though am proud of some of my models i no they could be done better
and iv nout new to paint
and even if i did i dnt no many paintin tecniques n dont have a large selection of colours

unfortunately not, because i painted it for you but its an epic model, something you should be proud of. btw have you devide what to use the chrystal for yet? if not, i have a suggestion.

Awesome, when I am doing some green stuffing I will take pictures and put up some tutorials. I will also make a painting tutorial for highlighting as that is what I found hardest to do!

Fair enough, hopefully I will be making a staircase soon so I can use that for basic Green Stuff handling and moulding
