Okay, 2000 points. I can field 440 men for that. That's 1320 flashlight shots, average of 660 hits, average of 330 wounds. With a 5+ save, that's going to be 220 dead.

I'll spend my points on more guys. Anything can be defeated by a couple thousand lasgun shots. Except things with T7 or above.

The Grots on bikes will be having toughness 5 i'm afraid so your going to need a 6 to wound them and because of exhaust fumes they'll have a 4+ cover save

Firstly, if you play a pure grot army, no warbikers. Warbikers happen to be orks on bikes. Grots on bikes happen to be sat on by the rightful ork owners.

Also, I think you don't realise how little missing/failing to wound means. 1200 lasgun shots. One of them must get through.
