The Hunger (pt 2)

Ahh, more humans to consume. Nothing can stop me, I am the greatest Tyranid to make planetfall in this system. I roar in triumph as scores of humans are destroyed before my swarms as I push them forward.

This resistance is futile, for every human that kills a hormagaunt or termagant, ten more swarm over that idiotic human. As great as I am, I too am pushed by that unstoppable force. I pass that force on to the lesser of my kin, for without me they are nothing. My venom cannon, I shoot that beast destroying their insignificent tanks, causing an awsome explosion of flesh and metal.

A single armoured human destroyed my fellow Tyrant and now he is advancing towards me, that fool, does he not fear me? I grab him, that wriggling lifeform struggling against my powerful grip. He looks into my eyes saying something angrily, I crush him into pulp, then eat him. Tasty humans but I can never halt that hunger, I need a lot more. I should keep moving forward, I see the frontlines of Termagants losing their coherancy and easy kills for the humans.

This battle is almost over but we still need to take the galaxy and then search for fresh prey. All hope is lost for the dwellers in this galaxy.

This looks good ^^ Something needs to be more animalistic, something between this and the hunger part 1 would be good for hive tyrants as even they don't have complete sentience, this sort of level of thinking would be good for the hive mind or norn queen, but it's damn good for Tyranid thought!

The tourney went well. I was thinking that Tyrants are a lot more intelligent and they have witnessed preivous battles

Any suggestions for my next story?

Hmm.... a spore mine might be amusing... 'WTF??' *BOOM* But on a more serious note, something by a zoanthrope might be cool

Genestealer? They're intelligent, as they can work alone, and often work behind enemy lines.

Oh yea, a genestealer brood would be good, make it like a group of voices rather than one, but make it sneaky O-O
